In case you have not guessed by now, I love taking pictures of flowers, plants, and animals . . . especially ones I see right around where I live. I am continually surprised and delighted when I stop to notice the flora and fauna just outside my windows.

Whenever I feel frenzied, frazzled or mentally depleted, I stop and look at the wonder around me in nature. Flora and fauna are the best cure for whatever ails me.
